Returns
We will refund the price of the blanket purchased from us within 30 days of receipt as long as it still has tags, ribbon, and has not been washed or soiled. If there are extenuating circumstance please get in touch with us and we will evaluate the situation.

To return an item, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. Your shipping charges will not be refunded. 425.443.3996 or returns@earthbabies.com.

To return a blanket you purchased in a retail store please contact that store to determine their policies.

Shipping
We ship via UPS or United States Post Service depending on timing needs and cost.

Paypal
Our web site currently uses PayPal's service to pay for orders from customers (not wholesalers). You are not required to have a Paypal account, this is just the service we use to ensure your credit card information is protected. Please contact us if you have questions or problems with the service.

Sales tax
Sales tax is not charged for customers located outside the state of Washington. Residents of Washington State are charged 8.9% sales tax on their order including shipping.

Delivery time
We will always get your order shipped out as quickly as possible, ideally within 24 hours. There are times that it will take 2 to 3 business days to get the items out. If the item you purchased is backordered we will contact you and let you know the situation.

Exchange
If you would like to exchange any of the items purchased we will do so within the first 15 days after it ships. The item must be in new condition. Please contact us immediately so we can assist you with the exchange, 425.443.3996 or returns@earthbabies.com.

Privacy
We value your privacy. We will not sell or otherwise distribute any information you
provide to us outside our company. Though please note credit card authorization
and related payment information is processed by Paypal.
